Several roads possible for T-Mobile

Analysts have begun weighing in on Deutsche Telekom's purported decision to consider spinning off or selling part of T-Mobile USA in an IPO, with some speculating that AT&T would be a perfect partner in a spun-off venture. Industry observers also wondered why the Germany telecom company would move to sell part of its U.S.-based carrier when the company seems to be on a roll.
