Samsung, Huawei and Sony Ericsson debut Android phones
Sprint Nextel and Samsung have officially introduced the Samsung Moment, the carrier's second Android-powered device, the companies said Tuesday almost a month after announcing their tie-up. Sony Ericsson on Tuesday announced its first Android-based phone, which will go on sale early next year. And Huawei, which has launched an Android phone in the U.K. through T-Mobile U.K., said it would release a number of devices in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America in the coming months that run on the Google operating system.
