Paper highlights tech innovations for English-language learners
There are many promising practices for using technology when teaching English-language learners, according a recent paper published by two scholars from the Lexington Institute. They highlight strategies including social networking, games and an avatar program known as "Voki," which allows audio pronunciation of words and voice recordings by students.
