Video expected to be the standout in digital ad growth
Video is proving more effective than other online marketing formats and is beginning to help display spend cut into search in the U.K., analysts say. Video is projected to far outpace other formats in spending growth during the next two years, growing at a rate of more than 50%, although it is still expected to account for only 11% of digital ad spending in the U.K. in 2016.
