ST. MARTIN, GUERNSEY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/04/09 -- On 28 October 2009, the Company received notification from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ("GS") that on 26 October 2009, following the acquisition by Nufcor International Limited ("NIL") of a further 660,535 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the total direct holding by NIL amounted to 3,960,535 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.60% of the total voting rights.

NIL is also the holder of an option to acquire 2,475,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 5.66% of the enlarged total voting rights. NIL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.), which is an indirect controlled undertaking of GS.

As at 4 November 2009, there are a total of 41,250,000 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury, therefore there are a total of 41,250,000 voting rights in the Company.
