While profits grow, brewery retains small feel

Kim Jordan has helped New Belgium Brewing become the country's third-largest brewer of craft beers, with 2009 revenues expected to top $100 million. Yet Jordan says she still runs her company like a small business, where employee input is welcomed and core values such as "having fun" inform every decision. She says one of her main roles is putting the brakes on adding new rules "just because that's what big companies do."
