Researchers from the University of Arizona have discovered what they believe to be a record-breaking millipede that lives under sandstone boulders in California. The extremely rare lllacme plenipes -- of which only 17 specimens are known to exist -- measures just a few centimeters long, but it carries itself around on 750 legs, more than any other known creature.
