Reducing fat consumption might facilitate weight loss
People who replaced high-fat food with low-fat alternatives showed significant improvement in body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure and cholesterol, according to a study in the journal BMJ. Researchers found that weight loss was consistent across trials and was maintained at least seven years.
