A retail space in Cornwall, N.Y., that has housed Grand Union Family Markets, Key Food Stores Co-operative and Cornwall Farms is where DeCicco Family Markets is expected to open in December. "We do things a little differently," said Frank DeCicco, owner of the 10-store chain. "We don't have a set plan for every store. We customize every store to the neighborhood. We want to see what people are looking for."
