MinuteClinic headquarters to move from Minneapolis to Rhode Island

MinuteClinic confirmed its plan to relocate its headquarters from Minneapolis to Rhode Island. MinuteClinic, which was acquired by CVS Caremark in 2006, expects the move to "foster better alignment with CVS Caremark's chronic care, patient engagement and disease management initiatives," a company spokeswoman said.
