Study: Dark chocolate appears to help reduce stress

A study using proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry showed that consuming 20 grams of dark chocolate twice daily for two weeks lowered stress hormones and stress-related biochemical markers in highly stressed individuals. The results suggest that eating dark chocolate daily could have a positive and long-term effect on stressed people.
