Nestlé CEO: Emerging consumer is "major growth accelerator"
Paul Bulcke, who ascended to CEO of Nestlé in April 2008, said "emerging consumers" are spurring revenue growth, which is targeted at 5% to 6% long term. "I see a recovery that will gain some traction, but gaining momentum is going to take some time," he said.
