Facebook has a plan for mobile advertising, says COO
Facebook has plans for mobile ad solutions that will bring a "great return" and help boost engagement for marketers, said Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg at IAB's MIXX conference. The social network is "very focused" on developing smartphone- and tablet-friendly ad formats, likely including ways to insert ads into users' newsfeeds. "Mobile is a huge opportunity for Facebook," Sandberg added.
