How social media can help, hurt agency-client relations

Agency veteran Gary Stein offers some basic tips for how shops should incorporate social media into their practice. Among his recommendations are for agency workers to become fans of their clients' brands on Facebook and follow them on YouTube, Twitter and other sites, to use LinkedIn as a networking for present and former clients and to be especially wary of what you post on Twitter.
