Rubicon to add behavioral data management services
The Rubicon Project, through its acquisition of Seattle startup Others Online, will be offering behavioral targeting management services to ad network clients. "We don't own any data, it's the publishers data," said Rubicon CEO Frank Addante. "We're just facilitating and managing it. It gives us the ability to police the environment, just like [we] police ad networks."
