Google chief gives view of Internet's future

The ranking of real-time social-media content by search engines is "the great challenge of the age," Google CEO Eric Schmidt told an audience at an industry event in Orlando, Fla. In Schmidt's view, the Web in 2014 will have significantly more content in Chinese, boast an even greater level of social media and be available at much faster bandwidth speeds.
