ICSC: November comps will increase dramatically
November same-store sales will increase up to 8% compared with last year's dismal numbers, predicted the ICSC. "November is the real challenge in terms of trying to forecast," said Michael Niemira, the ICSC's chief economist. "There always are question marks on how consumers will (shop)."
