New York investor acquires North Carolina shopping center
Lynwood Creedmoor LLC, based in New York, acquired the Lynnwood Collection shopping center in Raleigh, N.C., from Weingarten Realty for $8.9 million. The 86,300-square-foot center is anchored by Kroger.
