IDFA announces new International Dairy Show for Fall 2010

The IDFA board of directors announced this week that the association's dairy trade show will become an annual event focused on the dairy industry. The new International Dairy Show will be held Sept. 13 to 15 in Dallas. "The launch of a new annual International Dairy Show in 2010 gives the dairy industry a great opportunity to focus on industry trends and to keep up with a rapidly changing marketplace," said Gary Vanic, president and CEO of Great Lakes Cheese Co. and IDFA chairman.
MilkPEP to Offer Social Media Training Following Expo Luncheon

Three leaders in the social media explosion that's rocking marketing communications will share their insight and expertise during the Web 2.0 luncheon today at Worldwide Food Expo.
