NEW YORK and ELMWOOD PARK, N.J., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WebMD Health Corp. and HLTH Corporation today announced that they will release their financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2009 at approximately 4:00 pm (ET) on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. The Companies will host a conference call at 4:45 pm (ET) on that day to discuss those results.

As previously announced, HLTH and WebMD entered into a definitive merger agreement on June 17, 2009. HLTH and WebMD have scheduled stockholders meetings for October 23, 2009 to seek the necessary stockholder approvals for the merger.
