ConAgra will buy store-brand food-maker Ralcorp for $5B
ConAgra Foods said it will pay about $5 billion for packaged-food producer Ralcorp Holdings, to create the biggest maker of store-brand food in the U.S. The $90-a-share, all-cash price is 28% higher than Ralcorp's closing share price Monday. ConAgra has been pursuing the takeover since March 2011.
