IDFA is launching annual International Dairy Show
IDFA, which has shared space with the American Meat Institute at the biennial Worldwide Food Expo in Chicago, announced it will hold its own annual trade show starting in 2010. The International Dairy Show will focus exclusively on trends and innovation in the dairy industry.
