Nuestro Queso cheese company is set to open in Illinois
A new cheese company called Nuestro Queso will open soon in Kent, Ill. The company plans to make seven varieties of Hispanic cheeses, as well as drinkable yogurt and pourable sweet and sour creams known as cremas.
