KFC will bring its KFC Select concept to Canada this month, opening the fast-casual concept in Toronto with a menu of fresher fare including rice bowls and grilled chicken burritos. The chain has seen its Canada sales decline in recent years, in part as a result of consumers' tastes shifting away from fried foods, said marketing professor Ken Wong.
