Parents invest in test prep despite down economy

The down economy has not hurt most college test preparation centers, such as Huntington Learning Center, as parents apparently consider the service an important investment that can help their child get accepted at the college of his or her choice. Good test scores also can increase a student's chances for scholarships, said Anita Hara, owner of a Huntington Learning Center.
