Burger King invests in edgy redesign

Burger King has announced plans for a major overhaul of 12,000 locations worldwide, creating upscale and edgy interiors with red flame chandeliers, TV-screen menus and industrial-inspired walls of brick and corrugated metal. About 60 restaurants worldwide already have the redesign, called "20/20," and have seen sales climb as a result, the company says. Google (10/07)
