Throughout the Caribbean and Mexico, luxury hotels are opening and expanding. Sandals Hotels will open its first all-inclusive resort in Grenada after it expands the existing facilities. Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, opened in Puerto Rico this month, offering a 115-room oceanfront resort.
