HRC: Lifting military ban is still top goal for 2010

The end of the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy remains a top legislative priority this year for the Human Rights Campaign, along with the passage of domestic-partner benefits for federal workers and the Early Treatment for HIV Act, according to David Smith, HRC's vice president of programs.
