Kansas City-area medical research takes aim at cancer
A research collaboration between Children's Mercy Hospital and the University of Kansas Medical Center aims to reformulate cancer drugs for children as better-tasting liquids. The KU hospital has been designated as a National Cancer Institute cancer center, and Children's Mercy is working on several cancer projects with other research centers.
