Hulu founding CEO Jason Kilar will exit the video site by the end of the first quarter of 2013. His departure raises questions about Hulu's future direction, since co-owners Walt Disney Co., Comcast and News Corp. reportedly are not in synch about content exclusives or whether the company should focus more on ad-driven or subscription-based programming.
