Steve King, R-Iowa, over his critical comments of Rush Limbaugh's role in an investor group trying to acquire the St. Louis Rams, while the league has allowed actress-singer Jennifer Lopez and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie to become co-owners in the Miami Dolphins.
