A bill introduced in the Arizona House would require mobile dental care providers to obtain parental permission before providing routine cleanings or treating with sealants, and obtain permission a second time before providing restorations, extractions or other irreversible procedures. The bill stems from complaints that mobile dental units provided dental care at schools that parents had not approved.
