Expert: Homeowner claims could rise on swine flu cases

Property/casualty insurers might need to revise their homeowners' liability coverage to protect against claims arising from the swine flu, a medical lawyer said. A lawsuit could result from a homeowner's guest contracting the disease without being warned about a sick family member, the lawyer warned.
