Sen. McCain denies Fox request to pull his ad

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., has denied Fox News Channel's request not to air a TV spot that includes footage of the senator at a debate sponsored by the cable network, arguing he is within the law's "fair use" rights to make use of an 18-second clip from a 90-minute debate. The TV ad made its debut Thursday in New Hampshire.
