On second thought, 2007 was a good year for Burgundy

Many wine experts considered 2007 wines from Burgundy to be light and drinkable, but not nearly as good as 2005s with their concentrations of flavor. The author now says 2007s from good producers are delicious and will age well, showing that wines from the region often defy expectations.
