Small shops may signal recovery with increased use of payroll services
Automatic Data Processing has seen an uptick in the number of small businesses implementing its payroll services, possibly signaling a recovery in the sector. "You don't put in a new HR system or payroll system if your business isn't going to grow," ADP CEO Gary Butler said.
