NEI re-elected William D. Johnson, chairman, president and CEO of Progress Energy, as chairman of its board of directors, and John F. Young, president and CEO of Energy Future Holdings, was re-elected vice chairman of the board. Three newly elected members joined eight re-elected members on the board of directors.
