VirtualLogix Appoints Bruce Jaffe New Chief Financial Officer

SUNNYVALE, Calif.-- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- VirtualLogix, Inc., a leader in virtualization technology, today announced that industry veteran Bruce Jaffe has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer responsible for all finance, human resources and operations. Jaffe will report to Glenda Dorchak, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VirtualLogix.

Jaffe most recently served for five years as vice president and CFO at LogicVision, Inc. (NASDAQ:LGVN), which provides a portfolio of software products for the automated development, integration and deployment of embedded test technology related to the design of semiconductors. There, Jaffe was responsible for all financial operations, including SEC reporting, budgeting and forecasting, investor relations (IR) and commercial banking, as well legal, HR and IT.
Jaffe’s prior experience includes senior vice president and CFO for Bell Microproducts (NASDAQ:BELM) and a long-term career in the financial path, including CFO at Bell Industries (NYSE:BI). His board experience includes outside director positions with three publicly traded companies: Pemstar, Inc., Metron Technology and Southwall Technologies.
A certified public accountant, Jaffe started his career at Price Waterhouse as a senior accountant. He earned a bachelor of science degree in Business at the University of Southern California.
