Employers have options on types of employees to hire

Although many small businesses may not resume hiring for some time, there will be options regarding the classification of employee the businesses end up hiring. In the case of a full-time employee, the employer may have a greater burden for paying salary, taxes and benefits, but the workers may give a bigger commitment to a company than part-timers or independent contractors.
