FBI issues cybersecurity warning to small businesses

The FBI said Tuesday that a "significant increase" in automated clearinghouse fraud has occurred in recent months, mostly targeting small businesses. Experts say thieves often send malicious software that looks like benign Microsoft updates to company financial officers through which they gain access to bank accounts. Some $100 million has been moved out of U.S. bank accounts in recent months, says the FBI.
