McDonald's touts nutritious facets of its food to U.S. moms

McDonald's has recruited more U.S. moms to visit the behind-the-scenes operations of its restaurants in an effort to prove there are virtues to its quickservice foods. Through its Quality Correspondents program, the company is showcasing such positives as the real eggs used in Egg McMuffins.
