McDonald's CEO discusses recipe for success

Jim Skinner, CEO of McDonald's, told an audience at the Chief Executives' Club of Boston College that innovation and tailoring offerings to individual markets are key to the chain's success. For examples, he said the company introduced touch-screen kiosks in Europe and home delivery in Asia, and serves wine in France and Spam in Hawaii.
