Baltimore residents shovel snow off flat roofs

Baltimore, Md., residents shoveled snow off flat roofs after a winter storm dumped several feet over the weekend. A local church and school reported roof collapses, as did two barns in Howard County and one warehouse in the southern part of the state. "The weight if unattended could crush the roof," said Anne Arundel County Executive John Leopold.
