Minnesota fire caused by roof construction, police say

Police attributed the cause of a townhome fire in Burnsville, Minn., to roof construction. A contractor used an open flame near roofing materials, which caught on fire and damaged two townhomes. The fire was initially reported Tuesday evening, and it reignited briefly the next morning.
