Columbus, Ohio-based Bob Evans Farms will explore alternatives including finding a buyer for Mimi's Cafe, the 145-unit casual dining chain it acquired eight years ago, said CEO Steve Davis. The decision comes after several years of declining same-store sales at the French-cottage-style chain.
