"Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey took to Twitter Friday to declare victory for his company, Global Baristas, in its bankruptcy court bid to buy Seattle-based chain Tully's Coffee. Rival bidder Starbucks says it's not out of the game yet; the coffee giant's offer for 25 of the 47 Tully's units, plus a bid from an undisclosed buyer for the balance of the stores, adds up to more than Global's $9.2 million offer for the entire chain.
