Retailers cut back on hours

As retailers look to cut costs, businesses such as Dick's Sporting Goods and Best Buy are cutting back on hours. Best Buy, however, says the move isn't aimed at cutting labor costs. "The customers told us they would rather have more employees here to help them during these busy times than longer hours," an official with the company said.
