Experts find some college students lacking in "soft skills"
While college enrollment numbers have swelled, completion rates remain flat. One reason, experts say, could be that many students -- who are part of a generation that has been sheltered by their parents -- are lacking in what are known as "soft skills." These life skills include the ability to manage time, communicate, handle setbacks and get along with roommates.
