Registered dietitian Larry Hunt said he would open a grocery store offering nutritious foods in Lincoln Park, a neighborhood of Duluth, Minn., considered to be a food desert. Hunt said the store will offer healthy foods and produce, along with nutrition classes, but would also have to carry products such as soda to make sure it was financially successful.
