Eating small, frequent meals may help control weight, study says
Research from the Institut Paul Bocuse in France suggests eating small amounts of food more frequently during the day helps keep people from gaining weight. The study in the journal Physiology & Behavior included 20 men, and found that those who ate four mini-breakfasts ate less for lunch than when they had eaten all their breakfast calories at once.
